Further Images from Epstein Estate Released by Democratic US Legislators

Development blueprints for the financier's personal tropical island featured within the released materials.

Furthermore included in this recent document disclosure appears to be a site plan for the Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.

Jeffrey Epstein purchased a more modest island - Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but acquired the more expansive Great St James in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.

The released images reveal he had formulated plans to build upon the sprawling island by building residences, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a pool.

You can see the plan is Pillsbury Sound, a waterway in the region, indicated on the lower right-hand corner.

The site plan is annotated in notations in red and includes a notes section labelling different parts of the estate.

In addition to this are what appear to be an additional nine site drawings and architectural plans, such as layouts for marina coverings.

More documentation released as part of the ongoing investigative disclosure.
